AMENDMENT OF THE BYLAWS OF
1. The ByLaws of the CF Meadows Hotneowners Association are hereby amended in the following particulars, to wit:

4. Section 4 of Article VII is amended by adding the following unnumbered paragraph:
"Any check or other instrument dispersing Association kinds 01 greater than $100.00 requires the signature of both the Treasurer and President of the Association."
5. Section 1 of Article X is amended by adding the following unnumbered paragraph:
"Dues for any given year remaining unpaid on February I of that year shall be increased by S5.00 and shall be increased by an additional $5M0 on the l day of each calendar month thereafter until such dues, including any increases thereto as provided for herein, shall have been paid in full"
The undersigned hereby certify that the herein set forth Amendments to the Bylaws of CF Meadows Homeowner's Association were approved by the affirmative vote of over two-thirds (2/3) of the Members in good standing present at the Special Meeting of the Members of the Association held on July 27, 2004, and in all respects pursuant to, and in conformity with the provisions of the Bylaws of CF Meadows Homeowners Association.
